VRTI and PRONI researchers co-author article on conservation of Register of Archbishop Swayne

VRTI Digital Humanities Lead Dr Lynn Kilgallon and PRONI Head of Conservation Sarah Graham recently co-authored an article in the Journal of Paper Conservation, titled “Ties that Bind: The Conservation and Digitisation of Archbishop John Swayne’s Register.”  In it, they explore how through the VRTI and PRONI collaboration, the expertise of Irish medievalists and conservators has been combined to address each of limitations to access to the Register.
